Digital Media Specialist
Kevin has 27+ years of experience in both audio and video production. He has been with ICS since 1990 and is a 1986 graduate of UW-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio/TV/Film. He worked as DJ at WBEV/WXRO in Beaver Dam before coming to ICS.
As Operations Manager, Drew ensures that ICS delivers seamless technology to exceed customers' expectations. Before coming to ICS, he served in various Director, Operations and Project Management roles for one of the Top 50 System Integrators in the United States. Prior to that, he served in technical, sales and management roles for multiple consumer electronic stores.
Drew's passion for technology started at a young age and runs the gamut from audio/video systems to home automation and Mac/PC computing.
Drew says, "I've been hooked on technology forever. From my first Apple II computer to complex A/V and automation, I have been a lifelong user and many times early adopter of the latest technology."
He enjoys listening to music on a great sound system, buying/selling just about anything and spending time with his family.
Technical Services Professional, IT
As a Technical Services Professional, Mike helps ICS clients by solving any issues they have with the technology provided throughout The Pyle Center.
Before coming to ICS, he worked in a family-run bowling alley.
Mike's education includes an Associate's Degree in Business from UW-Rock County and an Associate's Degree in IT Network Specialty from Blackhawk Technical College.

As the COO/Associate Director, Laura helps ICS clients by improving service delivery and expanding product options as well as managing business functions behind the scenes. Before coming to ICS, she was Market Development Manager with Dun and Bradstreet, and Sales and Marketing Operations Manager for a division of Siemens.
Laura's education includes a BA from UW-Madison and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a double emphasis in Finance and Marketing.
Senior Media Tech Lead
As a Senior Media Tech Lead, Greg helps ICS clients by supporting their needs with Webcasting, Video Conferencing and Web Streaming. Before coming to ICS, he worked with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Cooperative Extension as a Distance Learning Project Manager.
Greg's education includes a Master's degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and BA from North Dakota State.
Greg says, "I'm proud to share that I won a Sonic Foundry Unleash Award in 2013 and that during my tenure at the University of Nebraska my work was recognized by the Agriculture Communicators in Education and the University of Nebraska Extension."
As the Classroom Engineer, Jaimie helps ICS clients and staff by innovating and streamlining production flows and equipment use. He helps bridge the jargon gap by finding ways to explain complex systems for all to better use and understand, and he helps in the merger of media and new technologies for the future of classroom production at ICS.
Jaimie's education includes an Associate degree in Recording Technology and Business.
Jaimie says, "I am a Madison native with a lifetime of community involvement in various forms of media and production. I have 15 years of field experience ranging across audio, rigging, stage, studio, video, editing, and pre- and post-production (including seven production studio design and builds)."
Electronic Technician and Media Consultant
As an Electronic Technician and Media Consultant, Leigh helps ICS clients by providing on-site support for any technical questions that may arise, and by contributing to the various Video Production projects via editing, organizational tasks and camera work.
Before coming to ICS, she worked for UW-Madison Housing as an Office Student Supervisor, hiring and training new employees.
Leigh's education includes a Bachelor's Degree from UW-Madison in Communication Arts.
Leigh says, "I'm proud to share that I come from a large and closely-knit extended family (17 first cousins), and they continue to encourage, support and teach me about being a better person and a better co-worker to my peers."
Associate Media Specialist
As a Media Specialist, Brandon helps ICS clients by providing technical support for video conferences and by creating videos, animations and graphics for client needs. Before coming to ICS, he lived in Brooklyn, NY, for four years and worked as a freelancer for various movies, TV and web shows. He also worked in New York's fashion scene, setting up cameras and lights for runway shoots, working for Oscar de la Renta, Donna Karan and Tommy Hilfiger. After learning how professional sets were run, Brandon relocated back to Wisconsin where he took his experience and created videos for local companies, including Capital Brewery, Yahara Bay and various artists.
Brandon's education includes a B.F.A. from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA, where he majored in Film/Television and minored in Animation. He has also attended classes from Madison College in web design and understands the basics of HTML and CSS coding.
Brandon says, "I'm proud to share that I am a "one man band" when it comes to video production. I am able to work with clients from pre-production through the editing process to create videos for client needs."
Client Services Manager
As the Client Services Manager, WisLine Services Team, John helps ICS clients by providing solutions to their distance education needs.
Before coming to ICS, John was the Multimedia Production Manager at Kaplan PACE.
His education includes a B.A. from DePaul University.
John says, "I'm proud to share that I have over 10 years of experience working with distance education and video production tools."
As a Software Developer, Luther helps ICS clients by creating custom software tools and providing support.
Before coming to ICS, he created software tools for marketing, manufacturing, distribution, agricultural, consulting and publishing companies.
Luther's education includes a B.B.A. from the University of Texas.
Nate Jorgensen is a learning designer at ICS. He is responsible for assisting customers with learning how to effectively use technology for teaching and learning. Nate has previously served as a teleconference technician at ICS.
Nate has a B.S. In Communication Technologies from UW-Platteville, and a M.S.Ed from Indiana University.
His wife and daughters make him laugh. His crazy dog hates squirrels. He likes ultimate frisbee too much. He likes a good game, puzzle, or challenge. He’s always thinking about thinking and learning about learning.
Franzo Law II, Ph.D.
Emerging Systems Developer
As the Emerging Systems Developer, Franzo dynamically manipulates and automates data retrieval so that necessary information can be presented to ICS clients in an intuitive, seamless manner.
Before coming to ICS, Franzo was a postdoctoral fellow in the departments of Psychology and Communication Sciences & Disorders at UW-Madison. His research focused on first- and second-language acquisition.
His education includes a Ph.D. in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences from the Graduate Center-CUNY and a B.S. in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.
Franzo says, "Although I have more hobbies than is probably healthy, I am proud to share that I used to offer private wedding dance lessons in NYC and that I currently sing in no fewer than three choruses in Madison."
Eddie Loo, Ph.D.
As the Director, Eddie helps ICS clients by making available educational technologies to accomplish their goals and mission. Before coming to ICS, he served as Director for Continuing Education and Professional Development at Iowa State University. Prior to that, he was the Director for the Center for Innovative Learning and Director for Online Learning at Utah State University.
Eddie's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Calgary and an MS and Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from Utah State University. Eddie also received training in Educational Management at the Harvard Kennedy School.
Eddie says, "I'm proud to share that I'm a Naval Officer and Diver (retired) and learned to fly the Cessna 172 while in college."
Dave Moll is a network administrator within the Information Technology Services team at ICS.
Lead Electronic Media Technician
As an Electronic Media Technician, Phil helps ICS clients by preparing rooms and assisting staff. Before coming to ICS, he worked in retail foods for 11 years and radio for three years.
Phil's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a Broadcast emphasis from the University of Minnesota.
Phil says, "I'm proud to share that I worked my way through college, graduating debt-free, and that I've been a homebrewer for 10 years."
Chad Raby provides network infrastructure design and support. Chad brings 20 years IT experience in Cisco and Citrix implementation and is certified Cisco CCNP and Citrix CCP-V. He is an avid musician\multi-instrumentalist and loves spending time playing in a band and golfing while he can.
Outreach & Development Specialist
As the Outreach & Development Specialist, Tom helps ICS clients expand educational opportunities by learning their needs and recommending solutions. Before coming to ICS he spent almost 20 years in the Commercial Interiors industry.
Tom's education includes a BA in Business Management from the University of Minnesota.
Tom says, "I'm proud to be in a position that has a social impact on our community and that I'm able to share the Wisconsin Idea."
In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and has had 10 hole-in-ones.
As an Instructional Technologist, Lydia helps ICS clients by troubleshooting their questions about Video Conferencing. Before coming to ICS, she helped underrepresented youth in Wisconsin get involved in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) via robotics programs.
Lydia's education includes undergraduate degrees in Philosophy, English Literature and Theology from Marquette University and post-Bachelor's work in Art History from UW-Madison.
Lydia says, "I'm proud to share that I attended Art Basel Miami Beach in 2015 and plan to attend Art Basel Hong Kong 2017."
As an Instructional Technologist, Russell helps ICS clients by providing support service, making sure rooms are set properly and everything is functional.
His education includes a Bachelor's degree from UW-Madison.
Russell says, "I'm proud to share that as a senior at UW-Madison, I was part of a group which created a campus food map."
Electronic Media Technician
As an Electronic Media Technician, Gary helps ICS clients by showing them how to use the equipment. He also upgrades equipment behind the scenes. Before coming to ICS, he was a manager at Dick's Supermarket and worked in Help Desk support for Lands' End.
Gary's education includes a diploma for PC repair, Net Plus certification, A+ certification, an Associate degree in Electronics and a BS in Computer and Network Technology.
Gary says, "I'm proud to help our clients have a great experience with their classes."
Chief Technology Officer
Sam Wiltzius is the Chief Technology Officer at ICS. He has been with the organization since 2013. Previously, he was the IT Manager at ICS. Prior experience includes Directions Marketing as their IT Manager and Lawrence University in their IT department.
Sam received his Bachelor's degree from UW-Stout in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology and a Minor in History. Sam is also an Instrument rated Private Pilot.
Event Management Specialist
Shavon is a member of the ICS event management team. She is responsible for assisting customers with the planning and management of their distance learning programs and events.
As the Financial Specialist, Yan helps ICS clients by preparing and generating monthly invoices. Before coming to ICS she had been a teacher in China for 10 years and worked at a U.S. company as an accounting assistant for five years.
Her education includes a Bachelor's degree from Lakeland College.
Yan says, "I'm proud to be one of the members of ICS. I like to meet the demands and challenges." Yan has been to the Great Wall in Beijing, and calls it the "most magnificent man-made building in the world."
WisLine Services Account Manager
As a WisLine Services Account Manager, Deb helps to ensure great customer service for ICS clients. Before coming to ICS, she worked with UW-Extension Family Living Programs.
Deb's education includes an Associate degree in Visual Communications.
Deb says, "I'm proud to be a lifetime member of our local VFW and was president for eight years. I also have traveled to Germany to explore the castles and concentration camps; Venice to ride the gondolas and snorkel in the ocean; Mexico to climb the pyramids; and numerous locations in the states. I have viewed the sites of New York City from the Empire State Building, parasailed over the Wisconsin Dells area and took a ride on the zipline in Las Vegas. I love adventure and learning about new cultures."
Marketing Communications Manager
As the Marketing Communications Manager, Amy helps ICS by sharing the organization's story with prospective clients. Before coming to ICS, she worked in the private sector for many years in several roles (communications, promotions, sales, management and operations).
Amy's education includes a degree from UW-Oshkosh.
